Our Portfolio Maintenance Process

There are many forces that will vie for an Owner/Investor’s attention every day. Forces like: the economy, property laws and even your customers to name a few. This is why Majestic provides Portfolio Maintenance. Portfolio Maintenance is for Investors that would rather focus on growth than Maintenance. Let’s take the maintenance and upkeep of your Portfolio  out of your list of daily worries. 

We will talk to you to understand your Property. Take notes on the challenges you have been experiencing and how you have been dealing with them so far. At this stage, our job is to listen so that we can help.

We believe that every Property is unique. Before we embark on maintenance management, we want to “meet” the Property. At this stage, we’ll walk the Property, take detailed notes and make recommendations on maintenance issues or hazards that stand out to us. Our goal is to be prepared to serve your property starting day 1.

We’ll take all the information from the previous 2 steps and put into an agreement that is sent electronically for signature.

Welcome onboard to peace of mind. At this point we will be taking calls from you and your customers and executing against our Agreement to give you expected, professional, thorough services.
